About
Radiant Running Review is for people who run, are curious about running, or want clearer ways to think about the choices that surround it. We cover recreational running without assuming a particular pace, distance or level of experience.
What we cover
Our sections look at routes, gear, training habits, races and running culture. That can mean comparing route shapes, explaining what a piece of kit is for, or making race terminology easier to follow. We favour subjects that remain useful beyond one event or trend.
Who it is for
Readers may run regularly, be considering a first run, or simply want to understand the activity better. We write for general readers, not for one kind of runner. We avoid assuming that every reader has the same goals, resources, surroundings or experience.
How we approach it
We break a topic into its parts, name meaningful trade-offs and keep recommendations proportionate. Our coverage is editorial information, not an individual training prescription or a substitute for qualified advice where personal circumstances call for it.
A run is shaped before the first step
The route, the reason for going and the habits around a run all matter. We make those choices easier to see without pretending there is one right way to run.
